The https://prodigycreatorysociety.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Hamilton Enterprises (“Hamilton Enterprises”). https://tamirahamilton.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of https://prodigycreatorysociety.com is subject to Hamilton Enterprises’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://tamirahamilton.com or sending emails to Hamilton Enterprises constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Monthly Subscription
Your payment will automatically be charged to the card your enter every month from the date of subscription. In the even that payment fails, we will attempt again 3 days later. If the 2nd attempt fails, we will then attempt a third time 3 days later. If the 3rd attempt fails, we will cancel your subscription and you will forfeit all access to the membership platform and Facebook group.
Cancellation
Please email tamira@tamirahamilton.com at least 2 business days prior to your invoice date. Cancellation will apply to the next billing period. For example if your invoice date is June 27th and you notify us on June 1st, you will retain access to membership until midnight on June 26th and will not be invoiced on June 27th.
Content Use
You may use the content from the membership for your own personal and business use. You may not share it with parties for their personal or business use. You may copy, distribute, or sell any of the content of the membership program. You may not provide screenshots or screen recordings outside of the membership area without the express and written consent of Hamilton Enterprises.
Limitation of Warranties
By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available.” This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:
i) the use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.
ii) the use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
iii) the information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and
iv) any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that:
v) any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
vi) no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from MarrsMarketing.com or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. MarrsMarketing.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

All content and materials available on tamirahamiltoncom, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of MarrsMarketing.com, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by MarrsMarketing.com.
Termination of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
